OBJECT CRM
Every company, person and deal,
with its whole history.
Companies, People and Deals are ready on your first day, and you add the objects your work runs on: Tenders, Mandates, Properties. Every record keeps its emails, calls and changes in one timeline your team and your agents read.
A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).
Arabic and English · Your own objects and fields · Your data exports any time
Where it sits. Part of private enterprise context: each record gathers the emails, calls, files and changes behind it, and your agents read the same record, under the same access rules, through API and MCP.
One record
Everything about a company on one page
Fields, the people, the deals, every email and every call, in one timeline your whole team reads.
Open a record and the story is already there: who wrote last, what was promised on the call, which deal is live and where it stands. Notes sit where the context is, and the timeline shows who changed what.
Views and lists
A view is a question you save
Ask for the deals closing this quarter above a value, or the companies in Doha nobody has emailed in a month, and keep the answer as a view. It stays live, sorts and filters like a spreadsheet, and opens as a table or a board.
- Filter by any field, with All or Any groups for the awkward questions
- Share a view by link: only me, people you choose, or everyone
- Lists are working sets you add records to by hand or in bulk
- Find any record by name from anywhere
Your own objects, with the same screens
Companies, People and Deals are ready on your first day. Add a Tender, a Mandate or a Property and it gets the same table, the same board, the same saved views, pipelines, automations and email matching as Deals. You name the fields; there is nothing else to set up.
Formula fields do the arithmetic and behave like any other column: they filter, sort and export. Weighted value is Deal value times Probability: a deal worth 480,000 at 35% reads 168,000, and moves to 240,000 the moment the probability becomes 50%.
Money stays honest. Three deals in one stage in three currencies are three subtotals, and the board says so instead of adding riyals to dollars.
Built for a team
Nobody overwrites anybody
Two people can work the same record at once. The second save sees the first, so a colleague's change is never lost.
Every value knows its source
A person, an import, a rule, a formula or an enrichment. AI proposes, and a person approves before it writes anything.
The same record for people and agents
Table, board, record page and the API and MCP tools read and write the same records with the same permissions.
Yours to take
Every view exports, and a full backup takes everything. Coming from a spreadsheet or another CRM? Imports bring the records and their history with you.
See how it works end to end, or compare with running the book in a spreadsheet. Companies, People, Deals and saved views are on Free; custom objects are on Pro, $12 per seat per month in early-access pricing. See the plans.
The day's work
Follow-ups that clear themselves
Home opens on who is waiting on you and who is going quiet, overdue first. A follow-up sits on any record and clears itself when they reply; a task carries a reminder and a recurrence, and My tasks is the one place to work them.
Leads that convert
A lead is its own object. One click turns it into a person, a company and, when you want one, a deal.
Relationships you can see slipping
Going quiet and Cooling are ready as saved views, so a relationship that is slipping is a list, not a feeling. Every record carries a relationship strength, per teammate, that you can sort by and correct.
In Arabic, on your working week
The app, Home and every record read in Arabic or English, right to left done properly. Dates show the Hijri date beside them, and the working week, the holidays and the currency follow your market.

An account is opening a new chapter.
The example account has announced a regional expansion and a new operations role.
“Our next phase brings operations closer to customers across the region.”
Bring the new operating priorities into your account research before the next conversation.

Inside your organisation
The promise is still in the conversation.
The example customer asked for a pilot outline and named security review as the next checkpoint.
“Let us review the pilot outline and the security requirements together.”
Prepare the outline with the security requirements attached, then ask the owner to review it.

A relationship gives the fact a home.
The example account owner is already working with the operations team. The opportunity is in qualification.
Account owner: relationship team. Opportunity stage: qualification.
Keep the proposed follow-up on the existing account, with its owner and current stage.

The next step has a file beside it.
The example pilot brief calls for a two-week evaluation and a shared success checklist.
“Evaluation: two weeks. Success criteria: agreed jointly before the pilot.”
Carry the agreed evaluation criteria into the follow-up instead of starting from a blank page.

Frequently asked questions
What is an object in Ishara?
A typed table with its own screens. Companies, People and Deals are ready on your first day; an object you create, such as Tenders, Mandates or Properties, gets the same table, board, saved views, automations and email matching.
Do totals ever mix currencies?
No. A group of records in more than one currency shows one subtotal per currency, on the board, in the table footer and in reports, so a number you read is a number you can trust.
How are views shared?
Save a view and copy its link. Each view has a scope: only me, people you choose, or everyone in the workspace. Saving a shared view asks before it changes for everyone.
Can our AI tools read the records?
Yes, under your access rules. MCP-compatible AI assistants and the API read the same records a person would, and any change they want to make waits for a person to approve it. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.
Which plan carries custom objects?
Companies, People, Deals and saved views are on Free. Custom objects are on Pro, $12 per seat per month in early-access pricing. The same records and screens run on every plan.
