PIPELINES

A board for every process,
and no deal left half‑filled.

Run your raise, your bids and your renewals each on its own board. Stages ask for what they need, approvals hold the number that was asked, quotes keep what the customer was given, and every deal carries the conversations behind it.

A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).

Where it sits. Part of private enterprise context: every board reads the emails, calls and files behind each deal, and your agents can read it too through MCP.

Stage gates

A deal reaches the next stage ready

Each stage asks for what the team needs before a deal can enter it: a value, a close date, a decision maker. The board tells you what is missing instead of letting a half-filled deal drift into the forecast.

  1. Qualified
  2. Proposalthe deal is here
  3. Negotiationneeds a value and a close date
  4. Won

Run as many boards as you have processes: a fundraising board, a bid board and a renewals board, each with its own stages, its own link and its own totals. Swimlanes split any board by owner, priority or company, and a limit per stage shows when a column is overloaded.

Approvals

Approve the number that was asked

A discount past the limit, a deal above a threshold or a move into a late stage sends an approval to the right people, and the numbers freeze at the moment of the ask. What the approver signed off is what stays approved, however the deal moves afterwards.

  • Triggered by deal value, discount or entry into a stage
  • Any one of a named set of approvers, or all of them
  • Approve automatically after a set time when speed matters
  • The requester can withdraw the ask

Quotes

A quote keeps what the customer was given

Products and line items live on the deal, so the value you read is built from what you are selling. Each quote is a version that remembers its lines, totals and currency, and it expires on its validity date. Send it for e-signature from the deal, and the signed copy comes back to the record.

  2. Sent
  3. Accepted
  4. Expired

The other side

A portal the buyer opens without a login

Share a deal as a link under your name and colour. The buyer sees what you chose to show, approves or declines with a reason, and you see who viewed and when.

You choose what shows

Value, timeline and comments each switch on or off, and approval can be required before the deal moves.

Links you control

Set an expiry, revoke a link at any time, and see who viewed the deal and when.

Outcomes feed the forecast

Closing a deal records a reason, so win and loss rates, velocity and the forecast in analytics stay true.

The email thread and the call notes land on the same deal, and the object CRM page covers what a record can hold. One board is on Free; unlimited boards, quotes, approvals and the portal are on Pro, $12 per seat per month in early-access pricing. See the plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can two people move the same deal at once?

Yes. If a colleague moved the deal first, or a rule changed its stage, your card returns to where the deal now sits and a message tells you. Nothing is silently overwritten.

What stops a deal entering a stage?

Stage requirements you set: the deal value, the expected close date, a contact, an owner, a probability or any custom field. The check runs on the board, in the table and on the deal itself, and it names the missing fields.

Does a quote change when the products change?

No. A quote remembers its lines, totals and currency from the moment it is created. If the products on the deal change afterwards, the quote shows what was offered and what the products now come to.

Can an agent move a deal?

An agent connected through MCP or the API can read the board and propose a change. The proposal waits in Review with the values it would write, and a person applies it.
