CALL INTELLIGENCE

Meetings in Arabic and English,
back on the record with next steps.

Every recorded meeting lands on the right record: a transcript named to its speakers, playback from any line, and next steps that quote what was said and wait for your approval.

A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).

Arabic and English, per meeting · A sharing rule on every call · Never used to train models

Where it sits. Part of private enterprise context: a call joins the email and WhatsApp Business history on the same record, under its own sharing rule, and becomes context your agents can read through API and MCP.

On the record

The meeting, back as evidence

Record a meeting in Arabic or English and it lands in Ishara as a call on the right record, beside the emails and the deal. Nobody types up notes; the record already has them.

Arabic and English

Held in Arabic, read in either

Choose the language per meeting. Arabic transcripts read right to left with the player where you expect it, Arabic names match the right people, and every call is labelled with the language it was held in.

Arabic, dialect and English in one meeting

A meeting that opens in Modern Standard Arabic, moves into a local dialect and carries English terms and numbers inside Arabic sentences is transcribed as it was spoken.

Next steps you approve

Each proposal quotes the sentence it came from and waits for Accept or Reject. What you accept becomes part of the record; what you reject never touches it.

Find the call, then the moment

Search calls by title and summary. Open one, jump to the line, and hear exactly what the buyer said about price.

Measured in public

Transcripts you can quote

The transcription behind every recorded call is Lisan's M3 system. Lisan Research measured it on real business meetings with human-verified transcripts.

Before and after

Briefed before the call, filed after it

Before each external meeting, Ishara sends a report: who you are meeting, what the record says, who in your team knows them, and what changed since you last met. After a recorded meeting, the summary, the facts it heard, the next steps and the follow-ups arrive as proposals for you to approve.

Privacy

Private by default, shared on purpose

Every call carries its own sharing rule, checked again each time someone presses play. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.

  1. Only me
  2. People on this call
  3. My team
  4. Everyone
Retention
an admin sets how long recordings and transcripts are kept; the call and your own notes stay on the record
Internal meetings
a meeting where everyone is a colleague stays out of the CRM
Sharing
the rule sits next to Copy link, so widening a call is one deliberate click

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes, per meeting. Each call is transcribed in Arabic or English and labelled with its language. Arabic lines read right to left, and the player stays where you expect it. In Lisan Research's published M3 evaluation, the transcription recorded a 1.62% character error rate on real multi-dialect Arabic meetings and 1.83% on English meetings.

Do I have to invite a recorder to every meeting?

No. Connect MeetriX, Lisan's meeting recorder, once, and every recorded meeting your team shares arrives on its own, matched by email to the people on the call.

Who can hear a call?

Whoever the call's sharing rule admits: Only me, People on this call, My team, or Everyone. A workspace default applies to new calls, and the check runs again before each playback.

Are our calls used to train models?

Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.

How long are recordings kept?

As long as your admin sets. Recordings, transcripts and machine-written notes older than the window are removed; the call itself and any notes people wrote stay on the record.

Every call, on the record, in either language.

When your invitation arrives, connect your recorder once. Every recorded meeting then lands on the right record, transcribed in Arabic or English, with next steps waiting for your approval.
