RECORD EMAIL
Every email lands on the person,
the company and the deal.
Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and each thread joins the record it concerns, beside the calls. Templates rank by the replies they earn, a guard stops a blank variable leaving, and a reminder brings silence back to your inbox.
A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 · A sharing rule on every thread · Included in Free
Where it sits. Part of private enterprise context: mail becomes history on the right person, company and deal, under each thread's sharing rule, and your agents read it under the same rules through API and MCP.
Two-way sync
Every conversation, on the record it belongs to
Connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox and mail syncs both ways. A thread lands on the person, the company and the deal it concerns, beside the calls and meetings, so whoever opens the record reads the whole story.
- Your own address
- every send goes out from your connected mailbox and lands in your own Sent folder
- Scheduled sends
- pick a time; the message waits with Cancel until it goes
- Opens and clicks
- switch tracking on per send, and see on the thread the moment it is read
- Clean timelines
- auto-replies, delivery reports, newsletters and internal chatter stay out, so the record shows conversations only
Compose
Send the message that gets replies
The composer opens on any record, already knows who it is writing to, and puts your best opener at the top.
Templates ranked by replies
The picker sorts templates by the replies they earn, so the opener that works rises on its own. The same picker opens while you write, with your snippets in it.
A guard on every send
A variable with nothing behind it stops the send and names the field. No half-filled greeting ever leaves, and a fallback word covers the gap when you want it to.
Remind me if no reply
One switch sets a reminder for a few days later. A reply cancels it; silence brings the thread back to your inbox on the day.
Write with AI
A first draft from the record, and rewrites: shorter, more formal, warmer, corrected, personal. Every change can be undone, and nothing sends until you do.
Consent
Opt-outs honoured by reason
A marketing opt-out stops marketing. A bounce or a complaint stops everything. A contract waiting for a signature still gets through, because an opt-out list that swallows a signing request creates its own problem.
Every automated send carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and every opt-out is recorded, so the list is always current.
Privacy
Your threads stay yours until you share them
- Only me
- People on this thread
- My team
- Everyone
Each thread carries its own rule. Widen it for a deal the whole team is working, keep it to yourself for a sensitive one, and a teammate, or an agent acting for them, sees a thread only as you set it. Mailboxes connect through Google or Microsoft sign-in, so Ishara never sees a mailbox password. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.
Frequently asked questions
Does Ishara send from my address?
Yes. Every send goes out from your own connected mailbox, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and lands in your Sent folder. The composer names the sending address above the message.
Can a half-filled template go out?
No. A variable that resolves to nothing stops Send and Schedule and names the field. Give a variable a fallback word and the message goes out reading that word instead.
What does an opt-out block?
A marketing opt-out holds back marketing campaigns and automated follow-ups; a contract sent for signature or an invitation to your workspace still arrives. A bounce or a complaint holds back everything. Opt-outs are recorded on every send.
Can a teammate, or an agent, read my thread?
Only if the thread's rule allows it. The choices are Only me, People on this thread, My team and Everyone, and an agent connected through MCP or the API reads with the permissions of the person whose key it uses.
Is my mail used to train AI models?
Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.
