INTEGRATIONS
Your mail, calls and records,
as context your agents can use.
Connect where your team already works. Ishara turns it into context people, models and agents can use, under your access rules.
A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).
Mailboxes by Google or Microsoft sign-in · WhatsApp Business, never personal chats · MCP and REST API
Where it sits. Connections feed private enterprise context, and agent access hands that context to the models and agents you choose. The market, from public intelligence, is already inside with nothing to connect.
Grouped by what they give you
Connect where your team already works
Conversations, records and the tools you build with, grouped by the context they add. Each one lands on the person, company or deal it belongs to.
On the record
What each connection gives you
Connect a mailbox and every thread finds its company, person or deal. Record a meeting and its next steps land beside the emails and the WhatsApp Business replies.
Mail on the record
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, both ways. Read and reply on the record, with templates, scheduled sends and signatures. Record email.
Meetings, transcribed
Meetings in Arabic or English return a speaker-named transcript, playback and next steps to approve. Call intelligence.
WhatsApp Business
A workspace admin connects the business number. Template messages, delivery and read status, and replies sit on the record. A business account you connect, never personal chats.
Agents and automation
MCP-compatible AI assistants and coding tools read your context and propose changes a person approves. Signed webhooks fire on any change; Zapier and Make act through inbound actions. Developers.
Under your rules
Connected once, shared on purpose
Mailboxes connect through Google or Microsoft sign-in, so Ishara never sees a mailbox password. Every thread and every call keeps its own sharing rule, and an agent reads with the permissions of the person whose key it uses. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.
Bringing a book from another system is on imports; how each connection is secured is on the security page. Mail and calendar connections are on every plan; automations, webhooks and API keys are on Pro, $12 per seat per month in early-access pricing. See the plans.
Frequently asked questions
Which AI tools can read Ishara?
MCP-compatible AI assistants and coding tools, through Ishara's MCP server, and anything you build on the API. They read with the permissions of the person whose key they use, and any change they want to make waits for a person to approve it.
Does Ishara read personal WhatsApp chats?
No. A workspace admin connects the company's WhatsApp Business number. Messages sent and received on that business account sit on the record; personal chats are never connected.
How do I connect Zapier or Make?
Through inbound actions with an API key that has write access: create or update a deal, move a stage, create a contact or log an activity. The product carries step-by-step guides for both, and signed webhooks fire the other way.
Does Outlook sync mail and calendar?
Yes. Mail comes through the Microsoft 365 mailbox connection, both ways, with threads on records. Calendar and contacts come through the Outlook connection into activities and People.
Where is the API documented?
In the app, beside the keys: endpoints with example requests and replies. The developers page on this site summarises the API and the MCP tools.
