Why Ishara
Start with the market.
Add what only your team knows.
Most tools start empty and know nothing outside your inbox. Ishara starts with the market: 1.2B people profiles, 17M companies, 32,822 investors and government tenders across Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE. Connect your email, meetings and records, and your team, your models and your agents work from the same context, under your access rules.
A work email reserves 5,000 credits ($50).
Coverage across 140+ authorised data sources. Records can overlap across sources.
Principle one
The market is your first record
Ishara opens on the tenders closing this fortnight, the buyers awarding, the contracts ending and the investors who fit your raise, before you import a single row.
Principle two
Every bid, every bidder, every price
One tender profile carries the whole story: the lifecycle from announced to awarded, the award tiles, and the bidder table sorted by price with the winner marked and the spread computed. You see who competes in your space and how they price, so the next bid is priced from what the last one cost. The recompete radar names the incumbent on contracts coming to an end, months before the notice.
Principle three
A reason beside every name
Describe the raise: sectors, stage, where you raise, the cheque. A ranked shortlist comes back with a score and a reason on every row, and the warm paths from your own network sit beside it, so the first email goes to someone who already fits. Nothing is written to your records until a person on your team approves it.
Principle four
Your own context, under your rules
Connect email, meetings and calls, a WhatsApp Business account, and your files and CRM records. Ishara resolves them into people, decisions and next steps, and every answer respects who on your team may see what. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models.
Principle five
Context your agents can use
Give your models and agents permissioned access to the same context through the API and MCP, so they answer from your market and your relationships, not from guesswork.
- They read what their owner may readAn agent's key acts as the person who created it, with that person's permissions and the scopes you grant.
- They propose, a person approvesA change an agent suggests shows the before and the after, and lands only when someone on your team applies it.
- Every request is on recordEach context request is logged with its purpose, and your workspace can switch context sharing off.
Frequently asked questions
What does the name Ishara mean?
Ishara is the Arabic word for a signal, a sign that points the way. The product exists to point your team, and your AI, to what matters: the right investor for a raise, the contract about to come back to market, and the next step in every relationship.
How is Ishara different from a normal CRM?
A CRM holds what your team types into it. Ishara also holds the market: 32,822 investors in the directory and government tenders across six markets, with bidder tables and contracts coming to an end. Underneath is an object CRM with custom fields, saved views and pipelines, and your mail, meetings and calls resolve onto the same records, in Arabic and English.
Is my private context used to train models?
No. Your private context is supplied at the moment of a request and is never used to train models. Private knowledge stays separate from public intelligence, and the same access rules apply to your team and to your agents.
Can I bring my existing CRM with me?
Yes. Import companies, people and deals from a spreadsheet with a preview before anything lands, or bring them over from your current CRM. They land on the same records the market already fills, so nothing you have built is lost and nothing has to be retyped.
Give your team and your agents the same context.
The market is inside from your first day. Connect your mail, meetings and records when you are ready, under your access rules.
